Refund policy

We are happy to exchange your purchase for another item in-store within 28 days.

Exchanges can only be made on items in a resellable condition with all the packaging, and with proof of purchase. If the exchange is for a product purchased online the customer is liable for return shipping payment.

Refunds can only be offered if an item is faulty and returned within 28 days. If the faulty item was purchased online please get in contact with us via our contact page or hello@inlehome.co.uk.

Any items broken or damaged during your visit must be paid for.

Customs charges are factored into the cost of postage for customers outside of the UK. Please note, the customer is liable for any further costs incurred during transit. Further information can be found with our Shipping Costs

If your product arrives damaged please get in contact with us via our contact page or hello@inlehome.co.uk and we will help rectify the situation.
